A tracking email arrives the moment the label is scanned. Allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier movement; after that it updates at every stop.
Can I get it faster than 3 days?+
Yes, express (2-day) and overnight services are available at checkout with live carrier pricing. Expedited services need a street address.
What if my package is late or stuck?+
If tracking goes quiet for more than 3 business days, email support@carcover.com and we open an investigation with the carrier. With Shipping Protection, lost packages are simply replaced.
