If you’re happy with one of our products, tell your friends but if you are unhappy then please tell us! We give you the option to return a product if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our returns come with no hidden fees and sometimes we’ll even cover the cost of shipping. We treat all returns individually and the process is simple and easy.
During the holiday period (from November 15th to January 30th) we have extended our return policy to 60 days.
Step 1 - Send us an email
Submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, reason for return and say if the package was opened or not.
Step 2 - Approving your request
As soon as your return request is processed and approved, you will be provided with the details on how to return the cover back to us.
Step 3 - Your refund
Our warehouse will receive your package and we will issue a refund immediately at that point. You will get an email confirmation. Payments go to the original payment method used. Please give 1-5 business days for your refund to show up in your account.
If you'd like to do an exchange rather than a return, it's no problem at all. Simply send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, a brief explanation and say if the original package was opened or not.
