Return Policy

We are aware of how returning products from online retailers can sometimes get pretty complicated. This is why, at CarCover.com, we have put in place the simplest return procedure. Returns are a natural occurrence in every business and we believe that there shouldn’t be any problems when a customer wants to return or exchange a product.

The customer has exactly 30 days after he receives the product to return or exchange it. We strongly believe in hassle-free returns and by following these guidelines, we guarantee that the return procedure will be quick and simple.

What is the return procedure?

The easiest and most recommended way to ask for an RMA form is by emailing our return department at RMA@CarCover.com. The e-mail should include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason of return

After we receive the email, we have a 24 hour window to respond to your e-mail with the return instructions, which are very easy to follow.

If you are not very computer savvy, that is no problem. Simply call our customer support line at 1-800-916-6041 and ask for the RMA over the phone.

What is the exchange procedure?

In order to exchange a product, it is the same procedure as the RMA, but instead of getting a refund, we will send you the desired product. If there is a price difference, we will then make the necessary adjustments accordingly. The best way to exchange is to call our support line and discuss the matter with one of our experts, we will always do our best to accommodate your best interest.

What if the product is damaged or defective?

In the rare event, that a product arrives defective or damaged, we will immediately replace the cover with a brand new one. You do not have to send the cover back to us and we will also issue a 10% refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Pictures of the defective cover will be required in order to analyze the situation.

When and how do I get my refund?

The refund is issued as soon as the product is returned to our facilities. We will issue a full credit (total amount) to the original payment method. A conformation e-mail will be sent to you as soon the refund is done. CarCover.com will never charge you for any restocking fees.
